Dear Trailblazers,

I'm doing an assessment in terms of what's possible, challenges, expected approach etc. for allowing guest site user (Experience Cloud) to do full end to end journey including payments.

Currently we already have the Experience Cloud authenticated journey in place and well integrated with Payment Service Provides (Adyen) leveraged by Findock. Now customer wants to understand things in detail from Unauthenticated Ex Cloud journey perspective.

My initial understanding is Findock API will not allow Guest Site User to do the payment stuff as Findock would require a genuine Salesforce Portal user to do so.

I'm still doing the assessment if there are any approaches where we can make it possible the same thing for Guest Site User. So, if there can be any inputs/suggestions/thoughts provided on the same would be very much appreciated.

Hello Everyone,

Is anyone using Charitable Giving/Trust or Benevity to process payroll giving. If so, do you have any tips in processing those into Salesforce. Currently what we are doing is very manual and was wondering if there is an app out there. Have checked out AppExchange but they are a payroll software not the payroll giving to charity.

Here at Medair, we are looking to implement #FinDock to leverage bank statement import and guided matching cool features.

At the same time we already use Raisenow for on-line donations, integrated to our website, and happy with that.

Did you already implemented or considered using both Findock and Raisenow solutions on your NPSP org ? 

We are very  interested to know your experience and advice to confirm if this 2 apps can work together without conflicting.
