Hi @Ithi v j siva sai krishna prasad,

I had the same issue with the “We couldn't find a New Feature record” message.

In my case, the record was actually created, but one of the field values wasn't matching the challenge exactly. The main thing I would check is the Feature Area field.

    Try this:

    1. Open the New Feature record you created.
    2. Check the Feature Area value carefully.
    3. Make sure you select only the required value, rather than entering/copying multiple values.
    4. Pay attention to extra spaces, commas, or accidentally selected values.
    5. Save the record again.
    6. Go back to Trailhead and run Check Challenge again.

For example, if the expected Feature Area is Productivity, make sure the field contains only:

    Productivity

    and not something like:

    Productivity, Opportunity

or a value with an extra space.

I initially thought the problem was that the record wasn't being created, but the challenge seems to check the field values as well. Searching for the record by name in Salesforce may show that it exists, while Trailhead can still fail the check if another field doesn't match exactly.

So I would edit the existing New Feature record rather than creating another one and verify every field against the challenge instructions.

    Hope this helps.
