If you get this error:  

"Make sure that the Customer Account Page has been activated for the 'Support User' profile.

You have to go to your org and edit the 'Custom: Support Profile' to 'Support User' 

Same with the Sales profile. 

Seems Salesforce updated org profile names but did not update the Trailhead module.
