Hi Community,

Kindly Help me as I gave my AI Associate Examination got suspended without me doing anything.my internet connection was being tested before the launch of my exam but what I see is the suspension.I already have 3 more certification into my bucket and this is a genuine issue.

I raised the case just after Kryterion Support told me to do so .I received reply from Salesforce that they can't assist on this and the reply tone is very rude from their end.

Here is the screenshot of the reply I got on this case. They are not even telling me what I have done wrong. Even I don't know and yet they replying that way.
