In my organization, the chatter setup is operational and functions correctly within the Chatter Application. However, I've noticed an issue where it is not updating properly on the tab next to the user details.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I have attached the screenshots for your reference.
Please guide possible solutions.

Hey @Sangeethraj K P, seems like you have chatter feed component on the page layout but not the chatter publisher.
Make sure you edit the page and add that component.
