- I'm having problems getting through this phase: Start Routing with Omni-Channel Unit | Salesforce Trailhead
- The problem is that my created case does not appear in my omni-channel even though I am logged in. Understand Queue-Based Routing Unit | Salesforce Trailhead
- I checked and in omni-channel settings, I chosed the the enable omni channel box
- I tried to disconnect and connect.
Other information: I had created two users and the one I'm using ends with DASILVA (in one word)
