Hi everyone, I'm an Italian Trailblazer. I wanted to ask the community if there is anyone who has entered the world of Salesforce even if they had no IT knowledge or any qualifications in schools. I'm trying to look for job adverts looking for people to train but it seems impossible... the requirements are always years of experience or maximum familiarity with the software. I would like to qualify as an administrator soon but obviously studying here is all rather theoretical. I really need some advice from you, I don't know what to do anymore...
