Hi Vinay,Thank you for sharing this! In this scenario the use case is to display the Order Nr to the customer, our requirement is to link the survey to the messaging Session (for reporting purposes). If I understood correctly, by creating a relationship between Messaging Session and Survey Taken Object and customizing Apex class Name: ViewSurveyController it should be possible to achieve this Thanks,Marlon
