The Salesforce Research & Insights team invites you to join the Sales Innovation Research Panel! Joining the panel involves participating in various research activities throughout the year. Each completed research activity will be monetarily compensated through our rewards program. Research activities vary and may include:

• Unmoderated user testing methods such as surveys, usability testing, card sorts or diary studies
• Moderated research methods such as remote or in-person interviews, focus groups or summits

Research activities will be centered on thought leadership and transformational innovation with a focus on chatGPT and generative AI. An ideal panel participant would be excited about sharing feedback and improving the Salesforce experience. We're looking for people who are heavily involved in sales-related tasks such as prepping for sales calls and meetings with customers or prospects, closing deals, outbound prospecting, maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing & coaching sales representatives, or training sellers on process/tools.
