User authentication error-'NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.' thrown when trying login to salesforce org via Facebook/Google

Hi Team,

I am trying to allow external users login to Salesforce org  via external Auth. Providers.

I am getting below error when an external user try to login (both Via Google/Facebook).

We can’t log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.

NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.

I enabled Facebook & Google under Setup >Auth. Providers and included under  Setup >'My Domain' Authentication Config.

I use default registration handler.

I tried with different user accounts but no luck.

Any pointers to resolve this is much appreciated.
