I have pasted all the code in their right files on my helloworld lightning web component but when trying to run SFDX: Deploy Source to Org, it won't run and gives me this error.

@Clifford Chong Update the all folder names under Parent helloWorld Project to match exact as parent folder name.
this should fix issue,
