Only a small amount of payments did not get transferred when upgrading NPSP

Hello, I just upgraded from a 2.0 version of NPSP in our sandbox. 160 out of thousands of payments did not transfer - with no rhyme or reason. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? I'd like to fix before upgrading in production.
