Hi
I have couple of email addresses that I have on my send list but when I try deploying to those emails it doesn't seem to get added to my data extension. I looked up these contacts in my All Subscribers list & seen that they have the reason "Hard Bounce" tagged to them. We have asked the client to whitelist our domain which they have but I am still not able to send them emails.
Is there something I am missing here?
