Sep 19, 2021, 10:32 PM @Jeevanjyot Kaur, As you said there is no object which expose these detail. As these features are added to user, we can use User object to find most of features count. For more details you can check this Getting Salesforce Licenses Information.
Hi, I'm not sure where is the right place to ask this question, so I do apologize if I should be asking this elsewhere.
Mid March, I was recently been informed I have a new Account Executive. I have since tried to connect with my new AE multiple times and they have not replied to the multiple emails I've sent out since March 15. I would like to know how I might go about requesting a change in Account Executive? My experience with previous Salesforce AE's has been pretty positive and most have been very responsive, so to be newly paired with someone who isn't responding to my inquiries is very frustrating. Any advice on who to contact to request a change in my AE would be much appreciated, thank you.

Please...quick guidance for new SF user regarding setup for SDR to AE to AM..Thank you
Hello. I am a new startup and solo for a short time (2 product SaaS reseller to full service restaurants). Began to start with another CRM, but decided I should start out correctly with SF. I need to set up a basic flow from SDR (99% outbound for phone and email now) to AE. SMB leads, not Acct based Enterprise. Have been searching for some helpful guides hoping to get my base setup and learn all I can about SF and tweak as I learn but haven't found anything. I have an integrated email cadence tool (Klenty) and using a dialer. Help to get my SF foundation in place and ready to use as solo now, and SDR-AE-AM soon would make me very happy and owe any and all helpers some brews/wine/coffee and some Kansas, grain feed beef t-Bone or Ribeye. Thank you kindly!
Oct 10, 2016, 3:37 AM HI Joseph,
I also bought SF for my startup 2 years ago; it's very hard to get hep when you are tiny/no budget; I just became SF Admin. certified and would be happy to talk/provide any input on my experience. A key is to develop your SDR process/rules so you will have them in place as you grow/hire others.....I am in San Francisco; where are you?
