#Uninstalled Packages0 discutindo

Hello,

I had a hard time uninstalling the "Project Management Tool - PMT" after following all the necessary steps (such as deactivating flows and removing page layouts). I encountered the following error:

Case.PMT Project Page Layout

"This installed component is referenced by a locally created component. System Administrator"

Even after removing the page layout, the issue persisted.

To resolve this, I switched to classic mode, accessed the page layout for the Case object, deleted the existing layout, and reassigned a new layout for the profiles.

After making these changes, the removal was successful.

I started with 25 objects, and I'm down to these last 4. When I query where the fields are used.. they are not used anywhere, but I am continually seeing this error. I have also done a hard refresh and cleared my cache. The lookup field also has nothing attached to it and the related list is not in use on any layouts.

Any help would be appreciated. #Uninstalled Packages #Agile Accelerator

Did you click on these fields? or you should check the first object

I'm trying to uninstall the click and pledge package in our instance since we have not used it in several years. All of our opportunities have been converted into a different record type. One of the errors I'm getting preventing me from uninstalling is a permission set.

The error says it is assigned to one or more users, however when I go to manage assignments there are none. Any ideas on how to work around this?

Hi All,

We recently switched from using Click and Pledge with Salesforce to Classy with Salesforce for our donation pages/fundraising. If I uninstall Click and Pledge from Salesforce to free up some space and get rid of unnecessary reports, etc, will it delete all of the transaction data and opportunities created through Click and Pledge? Or is there a better way to remove Click and Pledge items from all drop down lists, record types, report options, etc. without uninstalling?

There isn't really a need to remove C&P, as we risk data loss. It would be better to just remove any unnecessary related objects and fields from layouts, essentially making it invisible. We aren't so crunched for data space it's a worry.

    @Teresa Ventura

You could simply post this request to our support and we will uninstall the app.

Uninstalling the app will only remove C&P Data and not opportunities, contacts, or any record native to the objects in Salesforce.

If you grant us login access we will remove the apps.

I can't, because "the record type "volunteer campaign"is referenced by a locally created component. Test campaign". But this record called "test campaign" was deleted. @Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) App #Uninstalled Packages
