Can anyone provide guidance on creating a report with contact information (phone, email) and donations
Is In-App Guidance a free feature with certain Salesforce org editions or an add-on?
1 de fev. de 2021, 19:54 @Sierra Valenzuela-Phillips - In-App Guidance available in: Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. It is free to use.
How I could edit the "guidance for success"?
9 de set. de 2020, 21:00 @Simona Zanelli to edit "guidance for success" you will need to create/edit a Path. You can search "Path Settings" in setup to create or edit an already existing path. The "guidance for success" is step two of creating a new path.
SALESFORCE TIP!
Use the Path setting for a great visual representation of where a record is in a lifecycle of stages.
Mix this with guidance for success, and you've got yourself a killer combo for user experience!!

1 de out. de 2019, 08:07 Hi @Candace Phelps - the Prompt API metadata isn't listed as unsupported so you should be fine to retrieve and commit as you would with other code/config.
See

Has anyone tried the new In-App Guidance? We tried it on cases and it seems to be set up correctly but the pop up never appears. Curious if anyone else had given it a try.
30 de ago. de 2019, 15:40 I don't have a ton of experience with In-App Guidance yet but I think there may also be some settings that limit the overall number of popups a user sees in a given time period. So it might be that if you have a couple different popup alerts that only some of them will show at any given time because it's setup not to inundate the user with all the popups all of the time. I don't know how it choose which ones to show or not show to stay within the limit.
