For a complex call - call that has two SA's linked together on a single WO - both are not moving together when reassigned on Gantt when a dispatcher uses drag and drop feature from one resource to another, or even to a different time on the gantt for the same resource... other orgs I have worked in didn't face this issue. If you move one SA, the second should also reassign to the same and stay linked

Hi, I am trying to edit the 'Resource Absence Lightbox' in FSL Dispatcher Console (GANTT)

We would like to put an 'Edit' button on there, so the Service Centre can edit the record straight away instead of opening each record manually
