Has anyone set up Intelligent Referrals by using the FSC Admin Guide? It seems like there are steps missing between 3 and 4, e.g. Location (User or Profile) is required. See screenshot.

Also checkboxes like Business Referrals that I could not find in the documentation.

From Setup, enter Custom Settings in the Quick Find box, and then select Custom Settings.

  1. Select Manage next to Wealth Application Config.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Enable Referrer Score.
  4. Save your changes.

These steps are also referred to as a prerequisite to complete the Trailhead on Intelligent Referrals for FSC, but instructions are also missing in the tutorial: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/intelligent-referrals-and-scoring-with-financial-services-cloud/learn-about-referrals

Thanks for the post, @Mike Banchick ! Andre is correct as are you. We have a missing step here indicating that you need to select an existing profile or user. I have taken note of this miss on our part and we will be updating our documentation. Thanks for the catch and sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Let us know if you have further issues!

For those who implement collect tracking code right now:

The implementation instructions of salesforce are wrong, but the documentation is right.

Implementation Instruction on s10: https://mc.s10.exacttarget.com/cloud/#app/Web%20Recommendations/ftux/documentations/web

<script type="text/javascript" src="//MID.collect.igodigital.com/collect.js"></script>

Its missing https: in front of // the javascript source.

Documentation can be found here:

https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=mc_ctc_install_collect_code.htm&type=5

To @Darryl Brown (Salesforce) it has been bothering me for the last 5 month that documentation and implementation instruction are ALWAYS different. Please encourage your documentation team to update both to the same standard / at the same time. You even find more instructions on one end than on the other.
