#App Manager0 discutindo

Hi team,

I head up the CRM team at my organisation and keen to tap into some Salesforce certifications and/or Salesforce University.

In previous years, SF use to have a university section on TrailHead but it seems to be missing, so firstly wondering if SF have removed this segment completely?

As a Team Lead/Manager, I am wondering which TrailHead is best for me and my role? I want to understand the product capabilities, new features, be able to provide consultation to the business and have knowledge and expertise of the product between a beginner to intermediate range.

Any suggestions?

Hello Team,

I have a case where the Pardot Lightning Application is not visible in the App launcher.

I have given the users the required permission(CRM User).

The lightning application is visible in the 'App Manager' and I have added the profiles that needs access. And when I try to search pardot in the App launcher only the classic application is visible.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks,

Hari

    @Hari Krishnan

Could be a couple of different things -

Do users you want to leverage the Lightning App all have the Pardot permission set in Salesforce? These users can't have Identity licenses in Salesforce (they must have a Sales Cloud license to access Lightning App).

Does each person have a Pardot user record that is synced with a Salesforce user record?

Have select user profiles been added to the b2bma_canvas connected app? Go to Manage Connected Apps to check.

Have you made the app visible to select user profiles in the Lightning App Manager? Go to App Manager to check.

Page 7 of this documentation walks you through it step by step -

I already enabled Pardot Lightning, was using it for the last week and now it is not on my App Manager. I had the classic managed Pardot still enabled. I did not rename it Is Pardot Lightning possibly enabled on some other login?

Hey @Nancy Francois! Thanks for posting your question here. That's odd. Is it possible that someone disabled the Lightning App preference? I'd check that first! You may need to simply toggle it back on. Otherwise, this may warrant a support ticket. I haven't seen that happen before!
