The online Trailblazer Community is a vibrant digital space for millions of Salesforce users to connect, ask and answer questions, and build their Salesforce network. Engaging in the online Community can increase your Salesforce knowledge and productivity, while accelerating product implementation and adoption.
To support your success with Salesforce, we're thrilled to introduce Trailblazer Community Forum Ambassadors, online Community superusers who have a passion for helping others be successful with Salesforce in their roles and at their companies. From answering product questions and creating valuable content to sharing best practices, Forum Ambassadors are guided by their knowledge, responsiveness, and leadership, as well as a passion for maintaining a healthy and engaged online community forum. To date, they've answered over 50,000 Salesforce questions in the online Community.

NEW Trailblazer Community Features to Help You Easily Access the Most Helpful Content
We heard your feedback and we're thrilled to introduce 3 new features to help you better navigate the online Trailblazer Community and quickly access the most helpful content. Check out how we're helping you get to the good stuff, faster.
Answer Helpfulness Rating
Now, you can “upvote” answers you find most helpful in the Trailblazer Community, and the most widely accepted answers will be most visible in your feed.
Accepted Answers
If you’ve authored a question, you can now also select the most helpful answer by using the “accept this answer” action. Once accepted, the answer is then pinned to the top of the thread and is visible in the Trailblazer Community feed.
Less scrolling = 📈 productivity!
Answer Leaderboard Ranking
The Answer Leaderboard can be found to the right of your Trailblazer Community feed, and it recognizes Answer Leaders for their expertise in answering Community questions.
With an improved ranking system, Answer Leaders are now recognized for the quality of their answers, not quantity. Leaderboard rankings are based on a points system where Trailblazers earn 1 point for every upvote their answer receives, and 5 points for each “accepted answer” rating within the last 30 days. Familiarize yourself with the Answer Leaderboard and be sure to “follow” these experts in the Trailblazer Community.
