Hi everyone, I have uploaded an image and a PDF document in the CMS area of Marketing Cloud Next and I would like to obtain the public URL of both in order to insert them into the custom HTML of an email.

Unlike the "old" Marketing Cloud Engagement, the URL is not immediately accessible — I had to send myself a test email with the image inserted and then retrieve the image URL through the browser. As for the PDF, I am unable to obtain a link for viewing it in the browser, but only a URL that triggers an automatic download when opened.

Do you have any suggestions? It seems unreasonable that something like this is not easily accessible.

    Hi Adriano,

For pictures, you can use the 6th recipe in this article.

For PDF, I reckon this is not possible, even though you can store them in the CMS . For this, I'd recommend using the regular Salesforce Files instead.

    Hope this helps 😎
