Hi, Is anyone knows how to Capture customer URL by using pre-Chat Form?

I have a requirement, When a customer using LiveChat through the website, it will create a case. The case is successfully created but the main requirement is to catch the customer website page URL and populate that URL in case Internal comments.

    Hello,

     

    You'd need to add JavaScript to add this into your code and pass those values into a hidden field.
