Realice unas configuraciones de objetos en Sandbox para revisar primero que todo estuviera bien, ahora necesito pasar dichas configuraciones a SalesForce de Producción, se tiene alguna manera directa o se debe realizar las configuraciones manuales nuevamente pero ya en Salesforce Producción???

Hello,  I have downloaded the Guest User Access Report in our sandbox and ran it. I am trying to understand if I need to run it again after our sandbox preview happens (May 7)? This is new to me so I appreciate your guidance.

You must have an active sandbox on a preview instance before May 6, 2021 (the day prior to Sandbox Preview) to take advantage of the Summer ’21 preview. In most cases, you don’t need to do anything because your sandbox is already on a preview instance.

Since the sandbox preview was released over the weekend, our FSC admins are experiencing "You don't have the level of access required to complete this action. Please contact your administrator for help." under the financial accounts tab of account records. I'm reviewing release notes and I'm not seeing anything about profiles or permissions being impacted like this. Can someone point me in the right direction for troubleshooting?

After Winter '21, if we don't disable ref id in our org, will Salesforce match emails to cases based on email threading AND ref id, or can it only do one or the other? In my sandbox preview, I tested both ways, and both seemed to work. I'm worried I'm missing something. The reason I ask is we have one record type/workflow where we insert a ref id in an outbound email alert that our users then copy and paste into a new Outlook email (it's a long story with a ton of old Outlook templates) so that subsequent replies get matched back to a case. I don't mind adjusting this process by Summer '21, but I won't be able to change it in the next two weeks. In winter '21, can we take advantage of the new email threading and still rely on ref id if it is included?

I'm running in to an issue with the toggle screen component in flow in my partial sandbox with the Summer '20 preview. I have never had any issues until this preview went in to effect.

I have a screen flow that uses the toggle component on a screen element, which allows users to bypass a portion of the flow. The value of the toggle is used by a decision element. 

When running the flow from the user interface (either as an admin or logged in as one of my users), when I flip the toggle to active, the portion of the flow that is supposed to be bypassed when the toggle value = TRUE is not being skipped.

Based on the debug log, no value is being assigned to the toggle component. When I replicate the debug log in production, the following line appears in the log, but not in the sandbox log

13:51:24.0 (62026881)|FLOW_VALUE_ASSIGNMENT|4271ac34584e5c3d58f35fe928c21728f906ad-3302|toggle_skip_review.value|true

Then, because no value was set for the toggle, the decision executes the default outcome, which does not bypass any of the flow.

When I debug this flow in Flow Builder in the sandbox, everything works perfectly.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any idea what the solution might be?

I had an idea to improve the Sandbox Preview instructions, and (sure enough) someone else has also had the same idea :-)

Add Preview instructions and dates to the Sandbox page within Setup so that you can see all your sandboxes, and which are due to preview / when / etc on one screen.  Much easier than copying the instance to another page going back & forth
