Currently we have one email address for any email that goes out of Marketing cloud. But we would to set up few more email addresses for different types of communications. How do we do that?

    Hi, @Ana M

    As you may already know, only one email address can be managed for all subscribers in Marketing Cloud.

     

    To enable sending from multiple emails, the solution is to always switch to a scenario that ends in a single day and select the email address from the entry source as the default email address. This ensures that sending is always possible with the email address stored in the entry source.

     

    Several of the companies I'm advising have found success by following this approach.

    Hi there, we are trying to use the fields on campaign member on marketing cloud emails using personalisation but the personalisation is only available for leads, contacts and accounts. Is there any way to use the campaign member fields on emails. Ex: Survey link field on campaign member record - which will be helpful if we can use on emails

SFMC Data Import

While importing CSV file in UTF-8 format into the Data Extension, there are still special characters that are still being populated in the data. Is there any way where we can avoid this issues in any manner as lot of manual time is spent on correcting the data. #Marketing Email #SFMC

Unsubscribe

Hello,

When we send emails, the unsubscribe link direct the user to the ‘Profile center’ page that has two links on the left side- Subscription Center and Help. If the user clicks the ‘Subscription Center’ link, it directs them another page with options of available publications the user can unsubscribe. But we noticed, user hardly notice the ‘subscription Center’ link on the left side since it’s not the first page when they click ‘unsubscribe’. How do we make ‘Subcription center’ as the first default page when a user hit unsubscribe. Also, can we change the options in the publication list?

Email permissions and opt-in question: Can anyone share a good resource or personal knowledge of how to "upgrade" permissions from implied to express consent? If customers have shared email addresses, allowing transactional emails through implied consent, is an "opt-in to marketing emails" campaign allowed?
