Hello Trailhead Support,
Module: Agent Customization with Flows
Unit: Add a Flow as an Agent Action
When I run the challenge check, I get this error:
"We can't find the Coral Cloud Booking Agent. Make sure you are attempting this challenge in a brand new Agentforce Playground that was created in this badge."
I created my org using the signup link provided for this module and completed the previous unit (Create an Agent-Ready Flow) in the same org. When I open App Launcher > Agentforce Studio > Agents, the Coral Cloud Booking Agent is not listed. Only Coral Cloud Experience Agent is available.
What I have already tried:
- Confirmed Einstein and Agentforce are enabled
- Refreshed and logged back in
- Checked both Agentforce Studio and Setup > Agentforce Agents
- Created a new org from the module's signup link
Could you please verify that my org was provisioned correctly and either restore the Coral Cloud Booking Agent or provide a working org so I can complete this challenge?

- Navigate to the App Launcher and open Agentforce Studio (or go to Setup ➡️ Agentforce Agents).
- Locate the existing Coral Cloud Experience Agent and click into it.
- Look for a clone or new option to replicate the configuration.
- Set the new agent Name : Coral Cloud Booking Agent
- Ensure the API name automatically populates as Coral Cloud Booking Agent (or Coral_Cloud_Booking_Agent).
- Publish the newly named agent
