Salesforce lists Equality as one of its core values. However, there are still barriers that make it difficult for many people to fully access the company’s ecosystem. 

A clear example is the certification process: exams are not available in languages like Brazilian Portuguese and are only offered in USD. This excludes professionals who do not speak English fluently or who live in countries with highly devalued currencies, such as Brazil, from earning certifications and growing professionally within the platform. 

I had this insight while studying the trail “Get to Know Relationship Design” and I believe that making certifications more accessible — through translated exams and localized pricing options — would be a tangible way to put Salesforce’s value of Equality into practice.
