I have not seen any statuses in conga sign transaction or conga sign recipient that would indicate this.  

Hello, we recently switched from DocuSign to Conga Sign. In DocuSign, a certificate of completion was included for every electronically signed document. Does Conga have something similar? One of our customers is requesting it right now, and this will come up again. I've tried reaching out to Conga support, googling it, and searching Reddit, but I'm not finding an answer. Working with Conga has not been a good experience. We're three months in and I regret switching.

We use Conga Sign to send documents to the customers for electronic signature. We do this using a custom button on the Salesforce Page. 

Many times the Conga links go into Spam folder or are blocked on the customer IT network side and eventually the Conga link expires after 30 days.  

Is there a way to save the unique Conga Sign URL in Salesforce on the "Conga Sign Recipient" object for each recipient? That way we can copy the link and send a direct email to the customers (and not via Conga trigger again).

Hi, I am new to Conga and trying to crack some things and getting lost in their manual. I just need to map some fields and add specific merge field onto Email Subject or Body which seems like requires a lot of work.  

Questions: 

1. What is required to map a Checkbox from signed document into Salesforce record that URL button was launched from? 
2. Conga Email Templates
   1. How to remove attachment from the email when document is sent to sign?
   2. How to add "View Document" link?
   3. How to add notifications to sender the same way it works with standard CongaSign functionality

While using conga composer and sending the form for sign, I have encountered an error, the Doc was working fine earlier, Despite making no changes to word doc and making no changes to write back configuration I am getting this error-"SYSTEM: A write-back tag was found for which no active definition exists".

To explain the issue: we send contracts in bulk to our clients. Some clients may receive 100 documents to sign at once via Conga Batch, but they receive everything in a single email since all documents are sent at the same time with the same subject email. We would like to implement a way to differentiate each contract so that each signature request is sent in a separate email, making the process easier for our clients. 

Would it be possible to modify the email subject to differentiate the different contracts? It seems that it is not possible to put a merge field...

unfortunately Conga support is unavailable right now (can't login in community and can't call...) so I hope you can help.

I want to add write back tags onto my word document. It's a Checkbox field and the tag itself is working. But through Composer and Sign I have this huge empty space between the resolved box and the text (Checkbox is in front of text). How can I solve this issue?
