#Trailhead Challenges토론 중인 항목 1,188개

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I'm investigating an unexpected heap behavior when executing Apex code through Execute Anonymous.

In my original implementation, I repeatedly concatenated strings inside a loop:

String content = (String)largeConstraintRule.get('content');

content += rule.Content__c;

largeConstraintRule.put('content', content);

This resulted in the following exception:

System.LimitException: Apex heap size too large: 11134880

I then changed the implementation to collect string fragments in List<String>, merge them using String.join(parts, ''), and call parts.clear() afterward.

With the modified implementation, Limits.getHeapSize() reached 17,274,637 bytes (approximately 16.47 MiB) during execution, but the code completed successfully. The final heap size was only 9,186,563 bytes (approximately 8.76 MiB)

.

My questions:

  1. Why did the modified code complete successfully despite reporting a heap size of approximately 17.27 MB?
  2. Can garbage collection or temporary object allocations explain this behavior?
  3. How exactly does Apex enforce heap limits when Limits.getHeapSize() reports a value above the configured limit?

Any insights or official documentation explaining this behavior would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi, as mentioned in the module to work with the legacy Agentforce Testing Center in Setup, these permissions are needed:

    Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type AND System Admin profile

    OR

    Customize Application AND System Admin profile

    Hi Kazuyoshi, I understand how confusing Data Import Wizard errors can be, especially when you're trying to merge CSV data. The exact error message is important because it can point to a formatting issue, a field mapping problem, or a duplicate/matching rule.

    Here are a few things worth checking:

    1. Check the CSV headers: Make sure each column matches the Salesforce field you intend to update, and remove any unnecessary spaces in the header names.
    2. Verify the matching field: If you're updating existing records, confirm that the selected matching field (such as Salesforce Record ID or another supported unique identifier) contains the correct values.
    3. Review required fields: Ensure every required Salesforce field has a valid value.
    4. Check the data format: Look for invalid email addresses, inconsistent date formats, empty values in required columns, or special characters that might cause problems.
    5. Review the import error details: Salesforce often identifies the affected rows and explains why they failed.

    Could you share the exact error text shown by the Data Import Wizard, or a screenshot of the message? Also, are you trying to update existing Leads or create new ones? With those two details, we can narrow down the cause and find the right fix without changing data unnecessarily.

    Hello @Dafe Olotewo

    Check if the prompt template is activated.

    Also ensure you are working in the same Salesforce playground/org where you completed the previous module (Build a Flex Prompt Template with Einstein AI). If it still fails, delete the existing org, create a new one and follow that unit's steps again.

    Hello @Prasanth Sanapala

    Make sure you have a Global Action that has its default name: SendEmail.

    There are three more things to keep in mind for this to work:

    1. Ensure Setup > Deliverability > Access to Send Email org wide pref is set to "All Emails" (this is OFF by default in Sandbox orgs, and also on trial orgs which haven't verified the user email address)

    2. Ensure the user has the Send Email user perm (which also adds the Edit Tasks user perm)

    3. Ensure that the Send Email Action is added to Lightning Actions in the Page Layout.

    Please note these three are requirements of the feature, not part of the Bug.

     Make sure you’re using the correct Playground connected to the challenge and that all requirements are completed exactly as instructed. Try refreshing Trailhead, then click Verify again. If it still fails, check the error message and confirm your changes were saved in the correct org.

 I’m having an issue with the hands-on challenge in: [Discover and Configure Products in Revenue Cloud] (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/efficient-sales-with-revenue-cloud/discover-and-configure-products

)

I'm stuck on the

"Select and Configure Products" unit. I get errors when adding the "Laptop Pro Bundle" to a quote:

  • Via Browse Catalogs: "Your quote was not updated. Required fields are missing: [Price Book Entry]"
  • Via Quote Line Items: "A price book entry is not found for product Laptop and product selling model"

I've already confirmed that the product is registered in the Price Book

 (see attached screenshot).

 Does anyone know how to fix this?

    note that you have to refresh the "price entry v2" from lookup tables after giving the warranty the price book 0 so the bundle can be added from catalog to the qoute successfully

Hi Team,

I am completing the Explore Data with Agentforce Grid Trailhead unit. The Account and Account.Id columns are working, but the Summary column using the Account Summary Prompt Template returns:

“A temporary system error occurred. Please provide this request ID to customer support.”

“The LLM response is incorrect. Adjust the instructions and try again.”

I already tried Update Column, Save and Run, and Reconnect Agents to Salesforce Services

, but the error continues.

Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?

Hi, I’m having an issue with the Trailhead challenge “Create a Sharing Rule for the Program Object.”

The challenge keeps returning: “We can’t find a custom field named ‘Type’ on the Program object.”

I verified that the Program custom object contains the field Type (Type__c), the field type is Picklist, and the values are Campus Outreach, Development, and Research. I also enabled Read Access, set the Program OWD to Private, and created the required Campus Outreach Programs sharing rule for the Recruiter role with Read/Write access.

The Trailhead Playground selected for the challenge is also the same org where the configuration was completed.

Can you help determine why the challenge validator is not detecting Type__c?

    I have the same issue. I had similar issues before. At that time I had to install a package and clean up manually created Object. Program Object is not avaliable at Sandbox. I had to create it manually and all above info looks correct. I wonder if same issue is happing here and we need to install a curtain package.
