I've been a part of the community for several years. It has shaped me personally and professionally. I went from being a shy, introverted person to… the version of me you see today. It all started back in 2017, with a simple message "Hi Zac Brown- QQ, which company do you work for? How long have you been using ExactTarget?" and the rest is history. That tiny moment where I stepped out of my comfort zone, sparked years of conversations, friendships, and learning. It was through those interactions that I started learning the power of community, collaboration, genuine connections, giving back and support.
