• Generative AI, now in Nonprofit Cloud - As announced at Dreamforce, we have a variety of generative AI features built right into Nonprofit Cloud that are now Beta: 
  • Major Donor Engagement Summary Create a summary of key donor information, making it fast and easy for fundraisers to prepare for engaging high-value donors. 
  • Major Gift Proposals Create compelling and personalized proposals tailored to the donor’s interest and showcases the impact of their past contributions, already Beta. 
  • Program and Benefits Summaries  Use program data, like descriptions and attendance, to generate program performance summaries that can be added to impact reports with the click of a button 
  • Notes Summaries  Help nonprofit teams across fundraising, programs, and grantmaking to summarize conversations and interactions with stakeholders
  • Board Version of Grant Application  Create one-page summaries of dense grant applications that can be easily shared with board members for review. 
  • Funding Award Summary  Summarize performance to help projects stay on track and nonprofits plan for future grants.
• Tableau Einstein for Fundraising: Three fundraising dashboards available in Nonprofit Cloud to help analyze donor behavior, donation trends, and campaign effectiveness to achieve fundraising goals through data-informed decision making.
• Fundraising Enhancements - Donor ID Matching for Gift Entry: Gift Entry users can search for a donor ID and see the matching donor record, instead of keying in the information of donors hundreds of times a day. This enhancement makes it more efficient and accurate to simply key in the donor’s ID - a feature that’s required for large AMER orgs.
• Fundraising Donor Brief: Major gift officers can quickly generate comprehensive donor profiles that consolidate critical information in multiple places, facilitating efficient review before important meetings with the donor or senior leadership.
• Marketing Enhancements - Bulk Source Codes: Marketers can save time and reduce the likelihood of error by quickly and easily creating, editing and deletion of 200+ Source Codes within a campaign.
• Grantmaking Enhancements - Review Workspace: Grantmakers can deliver a single-screen experience for users reviewing submitted grant applications, to view application details and add review comments and ratings
