I need your help and advice and maybe some recommendations. Our Salesforce consultant has unexpectedly become unavailable just as we were preparing to launch new custom processes and forms, which we need to use with our clients as soon as possible. 

Given this situation, we’re seeking a new consultant who can:

• Quickly familiarize themselves with our system
• Test and improve (if needed) the forms and processes in the sandbox, with our team's support for user testing
• Move the forms and processes into production
• Are experts in the back - end of salesforce who can help us create a better experience with the salesforce system we are using. 

We are also interested in retaining this consultant for ongoing support with system issues and improvements.

Context:

Our services involve providing desk-based quality control for reports submitted by licensed assessors. The process includes:

• Licensing experts through a Salesforce-Form Assembly integration
• Report submissions via our Salesforce-based "ALS Community"
• Report evaluations by our staff and external consultants, with assignments managed in Salesforce
• Custom-made forms used for evaluations, accessible through the ALS Community
