Hi All, looking for admin recommendations to support a small event agency's SF Lightning instance used to support sales and operational teams. Are there any contractors out there?

Good afternoon! I am a Catering Coordinator at a resort property and my job is BEO writing/focused for the Sales Team. I look forward to participating in this group of like-minded professionals and hope to learn and share knowledge of salesforce.

 I do have a question for the community here. I is possible to Batch Merge BEOs with attached documents. For instance, we use social tables for diagrams and I would like to upload the final setup diagram and attach it into the booking then I batch merge the master BEO document (all BEOs for the next 2 weeks) I would like it to include the diagram document and have it attach in order with the BEO it belongs to in the batch merge document.

Does anyone know if that is possible?
