I sat my Admin exam today and was confident the majority of my answers are definitely correct, but I failed and my Trailhead dashboard did not show my result. Any one experience this before? Is that possible they did the set the right answer sheet to compare with my provided answers.

Sorry, I did not understand your question. Are you asking;
why your trailhead profile does not show your test result?Why should it? It should not. The profile is only for showcasing certifications you've achieved, not tests you have taken and definitely not their results.
Secondly, are you saying the testing system had an incorrect list of correct answers as compared to the ones you gave that you feel were correct? Sorry, I am unaware of any such discrepancy having ever occurred.
