I have created a lightning email template in my org, but I am not able to choose this template in email alerts.
When I search for email templates in email alert, it is showing classic email templates folders only.
How can I select my lightning email template in email alert?

Same here. Maybe it was removed when it shouldn't have been by Salesforce
