Is there a way for the sorted quote line items to populate onto a quote PDF? Standard SF sort only shows product name and we'll sometimes use the same product name multiple times in a quote (custom, etc).

    Hi Sarah Frank (ALG)

The standard quote PDF generation does not provide built-in functionality to display sorted quote line items, But by utilizing the Sort button and dragging items in the related list view, you can easily customize the order of items on the quote you are editing as below:

    1. Open the quote you want to edit and navigate to the related list view.
    2. Locate the "Sort" button on the related list view and click on it.
    3. Once you have clicked the "Sort" button, you will be able to drag and drop the items within the list to rearrange their order according to your preference.
    4. Keep in mind that you can sort quotes with a maximum of 200 lines, meaning you can rearrange up to 200 items within the list.

Per a customer's request, a Reset button (screenshot attached) has now been added to the Easy Pricing Apps at the Product Line Item level. This new button allows the end user to reset the Product Line record first before switching to the desired Pricing Rule. If you are interested in this new feature, it's available in our latest release (Version 3.6.0, release date: 05/17/2020) on AppExchange.

@Gwendolyn Sanders Did you choose "Run all tests" as the test option when you validate/deploy your inbound change set? Have tried to choose the other test options?

Hi, please any help with this issue. I installed Easy Pricing For Opportunity in Sandbox 2 weeks ago. Everything was ok. Then, I deployed to Production, and, somehow i noticed a very weird behavior: An Opportunity Line Item changed the quantity and price every time any field was updated. For example, I changed a custom field on that line, and automatically the unit price and quantity was updated to any random number. Is there any chance this is related to the App Easy Pricing for Opp?.

Thanks in advance.

@LUIS VIVAS BACA As for the "No permission for this record type" error you reported, I've not seen or heard of this one before. The license assignment is a standard feature provided by Salesforce, not a custom feature created by us. If it happens again, we may need to get Salesforce support involved, so they can take a look at it.
