Agents have FLS for most fields on opportunity and we have something called SA1 records. Those are the records owned by 'System Admin 1' user. Agents can access those records from a related list. But we wanna restrict them to search for Opportunities with just email or phone. They should not be able to find say opportunities in a particular state or address from global search.

Global search looks through all the fields a user can see, so there is no setting to limit it to just email and phone. If agents do not need to see state or address at all, remove read access to those fields in field-level security and they will stop appearing in search. If agents need to see those fields on the record but you only want search by email or phone, you would need a custom search screen instead of global search. A simple option is a list view with filters on email and phone that agents use instead of the top search bar.

Hello! I have a SalesForce Architect role in Rockville, MD. It is a direct hire role that offers 50% remote work to an experienced Architect or would offer the opportunity for a SalesForce Developer to be trained and brought into the Architect role.

Please give me a call at 703-729-0040 or reach me by email agrant@agensyscorp.com .

Summary of the Position:

The Application Architect is a critical IT position and is responsible for the Stakeholder Relationship Management System (SRMS) application architecture and development lifecycle process that translates business requirements into software systems, services and solutions on the salesforce.com platform.  The incumbent provides technical leadership and design expertise, drives the designs of all SRMS components on the salesforce.com platform including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integration.  The position will work with business stakeholders to define business and technical solution architectures to fulfill requirements, influence business leadership on decisions and drive ownership and acceptance of the provided solution.

@Matteo SalaWe are hard at work creating build materials (hand-on exercises: Chapter 2) for these domains: integration, data and dev life cycle along with a practice org for them! Those will be coming in December. For the remaining domains, we'll update as soon as we are plan in place (Please keep in mind our safe harbor statement :)
