Hands-on challenges are the ā€œsecret sauceā€ of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

Hi Trailblazers—looking for help/escalation on a stuck hands-on verification.

Unit: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-create-prompt-builder-flex-template/add-a-flow-to-your-prompt-template?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-innovator-2026 Org ID: 00DWU00000tgrg9 (launched via the unit’s Launch button; org picker is locked) Error: ā€œWe can’t find the New Guest Newsletter prompt template activated.ā€

What exists in the org:

  • Template Label: New Guest Newsletter (also tried v2)
  • API Name: New_Guest_Newsletter (also _v2)
  • Type: Flex | Status: Activated (toggled multiple times)
  • Inputs:
    1. Reservation | API: Reservation | Type: Object | Object: External Reservation
    2. Experiences | API: Experiences | Type: Free Text
  • Prompt uses only: {{Input.Reservation.External_Guest__r.First_Name__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Check_in_Date__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Check_out_Date__c}} {{Input.Reservation.Room_Type__c}} {{Input.Experiences}}

Tried: delete/empty Recycle Bin, rebuild from scratch, incognito relaunch, full Trailhead/org sign-out/in, session rebinding, alternate label/API name, reactivation toggles. Launch is bound to this org.

Request: Please reset/rebind the verifier for this playground or confirm the exact object/API names the checker expects so I can complete the step.

Not sure how, I spent a lot of time trying to find a way to ask for help and this was the only option I could find

Getting this error when checking the challene: We can’t find the merge field {!$Input:Contact.FirstName} in the prompt template.

I've tried to do the solution provided in both of these:

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D5KX00000jAKtV0AW

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D5KX00000kSc0f

But the "Enable the Agentforce(Default) Agent" toggle does not show under "Agentforce Agents" in setup settings.

I've tried deleting the dev org and remaking it and still get the error. Einstein is enabled.

Validation Error: We can’t find the merge field {!$Input:Contact.FirstName} in the prompt template.

Hi I am doing the challenge "Craft an Effective Prompt Template" and seems to me that everything is ok but I keep getting the error "We can’t find the merge field {!$Input:Contact.FirstName} in the prompt template" when checking the challenge. Thanks.

In fact, I can't even figure out how to create debug logs to even replay. The class is useless and I can't pass it because certain things haven't been set.

    Hi ,

I encountered the same issue where the option ā€œSFDX: Turn On Apex Debug Log for Replay Debuggerā€ didn’t appear in the Command Palette. I later found out that this command was removed in newer versions of the Salesforce VS Code extensions. The Replay Debugger now relies on existing debug logs in your org instead of enabling logging from VS Code.

To generate logs, you need to enable debug logging in Salesforce Setup:

Setup → Debug Logs → User Trace Flags → New.

After that, you can continue with the next steps in VS Code.

I am working on Agentblazer Legend 2026.  In particular:

Become an Agentblazer Legend 2026 > Agent Customization with Flows > Add a Flow as an Agent Action

The account ā€œCoral Cloud Booking Agentā€ is not showing.  This appears to be a common issue according to the Ask the Community forum.  I have tried several Playgrounds and Developer Editions, but I cannot find one with ā€œCoral Cloud Booking Agentā€.  I have created a new agent, but I error out as I need Flows  I have even tried to copy the ā€œCoral Cloud Experience Agentā€ as suggested, but no dice.

Can someone provide some insight or a Playground/Developer Edition that may work.  Or, other steps that have been taken.

For anyone who has confirmed they’re in the correct org but still can’t find the Coral Cloud Booking Agent, here’s a workaround that let me continue without starting over, using Agentforce’s ability to share agents via script:

    1. Create a new org using this link: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/agent-customization-with-agentforce-flows (you’ll only use it to copy the agent).
    2. Check that the Coral Cloud Booking Agent exists in the new org. If it doesn’t, try creating another org or contact Trailhead Help.
    3. Open the agent and switch from Canvas to Script view.
    4. Copy the entire script and save it somewhere temporarily.
    5. In your original org (where you completed the previous units), go to App Launcher > Agentforce Studio, click the dropdown arrow next to New Agent, select New from Script, and paste the script.
    6. Click Create Agent. Note: the script still points to the other org’s agent user (default_agent_user), so you need to reassign it before saving.
    7. In Setup, go to Users and open EinsteinServiceAgent User. Confirm the User License is Einstein Agent.
    8. If the Profile is Custom Einstein Agent User and the user doesn’t show up in the next step, edit the user and change the Profile to Einstein Agent User. (Heads-up: the custom profile may include extra permissions. If your agent’s actions fail with access errors later, switch it back.)
    9. Go back to Agentforce Studio, open the Coral Cloud Booking Agent, and click Save. When the Select User window appears, choose EinsteinServiceAgent User.
    10. Continue with the unit as usual and run Check Challenge.

This worked for me and passed validation without redoing the previous units. Hope it helps!

As per this hands on challenge module - "https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/marketing-cloud-next-email-sending-essentials/send-an-email-campaign", a segment for leads must be created in order to send an email. In my playground org, it was missing a leads data stream and I created one manually and then tried to select it in the quick start modal > segment selection modal. However, when clicked on save, I am getting an error message saying - " Hmm, that didn't work. Refresh the page and try again.

"

I have tried refreshing the page, closed it and reopened it, but nothing seems to be working. How do I resolve this error?

Salesforce Support has confirmed that this is a known issue.

Resolution to complete the challenge: Creating a new Org again from scratch and repeating the steps fixed the issue.

Hi All,

Happy holidays!

So I created the Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary but trailhead has been giving me an error when it comes it verifying and letting me proceed to the next step in my prompt builder modules for the AI specialist prep. Is this common, Do i need to give it an hour or so to update or just redo the whole thing. I have the prompt template done and summary in an other browser in front of me.

Step not yet complete in Einstein AI

We can’t find a active 'Field Generation' prompt template named 'Quick Summary'. Make sure the prompt template API name is 'Quick_Summary'.

The playgroud step however are all correct and the API name shows as 'Quick_Summary_c' while the suggested name shows 'Quick_Summary'. Please help as all the steps are correct.
