It might be easier to explain what I am trying to achieve. I am going to be sending a number of proposals to a number of clients.  Each proposal(pdf) will be customized to the individual client. I would prefer to send it via Pardot instead of a 'standard email' to leverage Pardot's Engagement Studio and Trackability. So Client A would receive Proposal A, Client B would receive Proposal B, etc. Is this achievable in Pardot? If so, would the content be hosted in Pardot or could(should) it be hosted in Salesforce?

I am an admin in Pardot and have been trying to update some user's roles in Pardot. When I go to edit the role on the user this message is under the field which is uneditable.

'User inherited their role from the User Sync settings on the Salesforce Connector'

Seems straightforward after looking into it. The Connector has a user sync settings that apply their Salesforce profile to a pre determined Pardot role.

Is there a way to manually change roles on individual users in Pardot or is the User Sync settings on the Connector the only way? #Pardot #Pardotnewbie #Pardot Salesforce Sync

Hi everyone, 

I'm confused on the reporting in Pardot. 

We created a campaign and in the campaign we have various landing pages (no forms, just links). I'm having issues understanding who has clicked on the landing page and what they clicked on. Is this possible? 

Also, what other data can we pull from the landing page?

We are in the process of setting up multiple drip campaigns with different prospect lists.  Eventually they are going to overlap and a prospect will get 2 different emails from us on the same day.  How do I ensure they don't get the 2 emails at the same time? We are using Engagement Studio to set all this up. #Pardotnewbie
