Hi Taran, thanks for your reply. I'm all set with the implementation, what I need is some material to explain to users who are not admins what is changing so they can find their way around the tool.
After migrating to Pardot Lightning experience, for some reason I cannot access any prospect's record. If I click their name in e.g. a list, nothing happens, the prospect record doesn't load.
This only happens when accessing Pardot as a Lightning app.
Does anyone have a quick fix or an idea of what may be behind the issue?

Yes, permission sets are correctly assigned. This seems like a bug - sometimes the prospect records open, sometimes they don't. We can live with it for now.
