Onkar Dhane a posé une question dans #Experience Cloud

We have implemented B2B portal wherein clients connects via SSO and there are multiple external web portals integrated inside our Experience cloud portal.  Clients can access external portals via same SSO. We will Go-Live soon but at this stage we are bit confused about efficient IT support strategy for our clients. Use case : if client is not able to access external portals and contact our Service Clients team/Sales. How our teams can troubleshoot such issues ? We would like to give our Sales/Service Clients same view as client with same access to data etc. so that they can connect to the portal and troubleshoot client's issue. basically we want "Login in to experience as a User" features but which will works with SSO. :)

Any idea will be appreciated. !  Any tool that could be used for IT support ?

Hi All,

just to let you all know, I am new to salesforce B2B lightning experience.

I recently joined this group, not sure if this question was addressed already if so please refer me to the post.

Assuming Product has a  custom field "brand__c".

working on a requirement where I need to restrict portal user to Add Item(Product) to the Cart if there is already different Brand product exist in the Cart and allow portal user to add Items(same brand products) to the Cart.

is there a OOTB solution out there to accomplish this requirement?

Hello, does anyone know if the Site URL Redirection functionality works for Lightning Experience? I have a B2B LE site that we are working on, and I want to setup a 301 redirect.

If I go to CMS > Workspace > Administration > Pages > "Go to Force.com" > URL Redirects and then set up a 301 redirect, it all seems to be functioning normally, however, when I enable that redirect, republish the site, and attempt to go to the url that SHOULD redirect... nothing happens. No redirect actually occurs. I've tried it on different browsers, tried clearing cache and cookies, but still nothing.

I've attached a screenshot of the redirect I setup. So, what I want to happen is that if a user goes to mywebsite.com/s/customer-service -- they will be redirected to mywebsite.com/s/customer-service/redirect

Is there something else that needs to be setup, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help you can give!

Hi all, I'm working with LEX B2B and wanted to insert a Tile Menu component that only shows the child categories of the current category page that I'm viewing. I am not sure if this is possible, and what I've done so far isn't working, so if anyone has any pointers or can point me to some documentation that would be great!

Basically, what I've done so far is this:

  • In Experience Builder, I've added a Tile Menu to the Category Detail Page template.
  • In that Tile Menu, I am making it display a new menu called "Sub Category Menu"
  • In the Theme Settings - I've created a navigation manu called "Sub Category Menu" which is what the Tile Menu is displaying.
  • In the Menu editor, the only way I can think to display category menus is to select the Menu Type as "Data Source", but when I do that the only option I have is "Storefront Categories".

So, due to this, the Tile Menu will only show the main menu (see top section of attached image). What I would like to do is only display the child categories for the category page I am currently viewing (see bottom section of attached image).

Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know if the ability to "Sort by" or even if pagination is available for the category detail and search results pages in B2B Lightning Experience? We are currently working on a project for a client, and I those types of components don't seem to be available out of the box. I'm not sure if there is a way to enable them, or if they don't exist yet? I don't see documentation about it either -- only for Visualforce.

Possibly @Sdp Sdtg or @Tom Drake?
