Good Morning Everyone,
I am a bit confused about the default Agentforce agent. I followed the steps in the Agentforce trailheads, but I am looking for more details on the types of agents.
- What is the core functionality behind the Agentforce (Default) Agent? I understand it should be enabled and activated, but what happens if I delete or deactivate it?
- I created a custom agent of type Service Agent from within Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. However, it always opens the default Agentforce agent. Is there an option to mark the custom service agent as my default agent from inside Sales/Service Cloud? I deleted my default agent and now Agentforce is throwing an error.
- If we cant keep the custom agents as default agent, where and how the custom agent used ?

@Robbie Duncan, I had the same understanding you explained, but I got confused once I was able to delete it from my trailhead coral cloud instance. I hope it should not be and guessing its a bug. I can't recreate it now. I will explore more and share if found anything interesting.
