structuredClone is not defined

I tried installing different versions of the VS Code Salesforce Extension pack, tried installing the Java JDK, I followed every direction here:

I also tried to check the community and did the workarounds and I still get the same structuredClone is not defined problem so I can't deploy to my org to develop anything.
