@Jeff Susich and @Jon Chen will show you two use cases where they customized error messages in record-triggered flows as part of their solution. Jeff's challenge was to solve the issue that is common to many orgs. There are account duplicates due to merges or imports. Users need to have the Delete permission on accounts so that they can merge accounts. Jon's challenge is to automate a process for associates to get approval on account records from managing directors but prevent users from resubmitting or approving the request themselves.
