when you take a look at the results from the query endpoint here:
you get something like:
{ "id": 100000, "campaignId": 28213, "createdAt": "2021-05-14T07:08:47-07:00", "prospectId": 1866479, "type": 20, "typeName": "Visit", "updatedAt": "2021-11-16T12:40:26-08:00", "visitId": 37195939, "visitorId": 18587955 },does anyone know what `updatedAt` means? is it suggested to not pull data from this endpoint incrementally?
Meaning if i pull this data today, is it possible for the same visit to change tomorrow and require me to have to replace today's data?

Visitor activities are a running history of actions taken by the person with each action appearing as a separate record as an "activity". Prior activities/visits do not ever change. UpdatedAt is simply a timestamp for when the action occurred. The filters are there so you can query activities that occur within certain timeframes.
