New Trailhead Badge!
The new Trailhead module Care Plan Management in Nonprofit Cloud for Programs is live! This is the 5th badge in the Manage Programs with Nonprofit Cloud trail.
The badge focuses on creating and managing care plans, including creating goal definitions, action plans, and care plan templates. It leads you through step-by-step exercises using the Nonprofit Cloud trial. It's 500 points with quizzes.

Thanks @Cody Switzer it would be nice if we could be automagically notified when a new Nonprofit module is live. As each module gets a tag, I bet it would be doable, is it ?
