We are using outbound funds module (OFM) for an internal grant funding pool, alongside NPSP for regular grants and donations. I want to make a button to create a new grant opportunity when a Funding Applications is Funded and pull various fields that are already on the Funding Application over the the grant opportunity. The Funding Request/Buttons, Links and Actions/New Action doesn't allow for selection of opportunity as an object. I'm not quite sure if that is due to master-detail relationship issues.
So I tried to create a Global Action - New Opportunity and do predefined fields, but the syntax isn't passing on adding fields like {!outfunds__Funding_Request__c.Name}, with or without {, !.
What's the best work around here to get a button to pull values from Funding Applications to a new grant opportunity?
