- Right-click and select Save Link As on this callcenter.xml file and save it to place on your device you'll remember.
- From within Call Centers, click Import.
I'm doing this portion of the trailhead and struggling to import the xml. When I download the file it saves as html. There is no option on chrome to save it as xml. I tried to convert the file to xml online but I get this error:
I have tried to remove the tags, but it continues to make me remove all the other tags which doesn't make sense. Not sure what should I do next.
