Hello friends. We have just noticed that our live chat button sits over the top of our Add to Cart button on iPhone 11, 12 and 13 on safari. Hi Hela. Thanks for this. We found that it was actually CSS on the commerce cloud page that was controlling the position. Salesforce support told me it was not possible to change position with the embedded service snippet.
