I'm interested in starting a conversation about data collection for surveys/applications! Do you create a new field for each question? What if the questions change over time? What about reporting? I know that #foundationConnect​ users (like me!) struggle with this question, as well as anyone who uses formbuilder tools to collect info (@Michael Kolodner​ & your 500-field survey custom object). I think this could be a good #SFDOSprintIdea​  collab with @Outbound Funds Module (SFDO Product)​  - perhaps with a deliverable (docs or knowledge article) about considerations/user stories. Or if this has been done elsewhere... where? Excited to dive in! @Salesforce Commons & Sprint Events​
