How can I change the title of service event/tooltip from SA-XXX (service appointment number) to my custom field name? This is for FSL Managed Package - Dispatch Console
Example: the current is SA-XXX / Name
I want to omit the SA-XXX

As far as I know, the SA-XXX will always be shown. You can use any automation to write a text into the Gantt Label field. This will add the text and will be shown in the gantt.
